At TFOA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction by offering a flexible return policy. You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, provided the product is returned in its original, unharmed, and unaltered condition.
Making the right decision
In our shop in Dedemsvaart, you’re welcome to try any instrument, amplifier, or pedal as much as you like. While this might be more challenging when browsing our online store, don’t worry—our sales team is here to assist you. We’ll gladly guide you through our online selection [insert link to page] and provide additional information, photos, sound demos, or even custom footage to help you make the best choice. That said, we believe your own home is often the ideal environment to truly test an instrument and decide if it’s the perfect match for you.

Important Information
As a consumer, you have the legal right to return a purchased product within 14 days. However, at TFOA, we go a step further by extending this return period to 30 days, giving you ample time to test your new instrument at home and determine whether it’s the right fit for you.
If a product is returned in a condition that differs from its original state, additional charges may apply to restore it. Furthermore, TFOA reserves the right to charge handling fees of up to €150 per return in cases where returns occur frequently.
We also offer an optional service to provide a return label for your convenience. The cost for this service is listed on the next page. Alternatively, you may arrange and cover the return shipping yourself.
