Vanuit het hoofdkwartier in Alphen aan de Rijn worden deze vintage-geïnspireerde gitaren zorgvuldig voorzien van een prachtig verouderde look die het instrument een ingespeeld gevoel geven. Bij Kauffmann noemen ze dit de Time Travel Treatment, ook wel bekend als de 'TTT'.
De paulownia body is niet alleen ontzettend licht van gewicht, maar ook voorzien van een bijzonder knappe Burgundy Mist finish wat samen met de 'heavy' relic zorgt voor een stoere, ingespeelde look! De degelijke hardware van Gotoh zorgt ervoor dat het instrument gedurende lange periodes stabiel te bespelen is. Kauffmann's eigen Slightly Overwound S-elementen bieden ook de tonale kwaliteiten die de gitaar eer aandoen.

From the headquarters in Alphen aan de Rijn, these vintage-inspired guitars are carefully given a beautifully aged look that gives the instrument a played-in feel. At Kauffmann, they call this the Time Travel Treatment, also known as the 'TTT'.
The paulownia body is not only incredibly light, but also provided with a particularly handsome Burgundy Mist finish which, together with the 'heavy' relic, provides a tough, played-in look! The solid Gotoh hardware ensures that the instrument can be played stably for long periods. Kauffmann's own Slightly Overwound S pickups also provide the tonal qualities that do the guitar justice.
We now know exactly what we can (and want!) to expect from a Kauffmann, and this Strat absolutely does that justice.
