The 814ce has long been regarded as the quintessential Taylor guitar thanks to its classic tonewood pairing of rosewood and spruce combined with Taylor's cutaway Grand Auditorium body style.

Nu brengt Taylor de 814ce naar de Builder's Edition-collectie, waarbij de prestaties verder verbeterd zijn met een reeks eersteklas vakmanschapdetails. Onder de reeks verfijningen bevindt zich een upgrade van het bovenblad van massief Sitka-sparrenhout naar een zorgvuldig op elkaar afgestemde vierdelige top van massief Adirondack-sparrenhout.
Het hoogwaardige vakmanschap dat wordt weerspiegeld in de Builder's Edition-filosofie houdt rekening met de toekomst van de bossen van de wereld, waardoor bij de bouw van bovenbladen kleinere stukken hoogwaardig hout worden gebruikt. Het kunstzinnige vakmanschap levert een hoogwaardig bovenblad op en vertoont een prachtig consistente nerfstructuur.
Deze Taylor is gebouwd in 2022, en verkeert nog nagenoeg in nieuwstaat. Op de rand van het bovenblad aan de treblezijde van de onderste ronding bevinden zich enkele dings, en op de hiel is een extra strap button aangebracht. De gitaar is verder zeer schoon en wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in de originele koffer.

Now, Taylor brings the 814ce to the Builder’s Edition collection, further enhancing its performance with a host of premium craftsmanship details. Among the many refinements is an upgrade from the solid Sitka spruce top to a carefully matched four-piece solid Adirondack spruce top.
The premium craftsmanship reflected in the Builder’s Edition philosophy considers the future of the world’s forests, resulting in the use of smaller pieces of premium wood in the construction of tops. This artistry produces a high-quality top and exhibits a beautifully consistent grain structure.
This Taylor was built in 2022, and is still in almost new condition. There are some dings on the edge of the top on the treble side of the lower curve, and an extra strap button is attached to the heel. The guitar is otherwise very clean and comes with a TFOA passport in the original case.

Diese Taylor wurde 2022 gebaut und ist noch in nahezu neuwertigem Zustand. Am oberen Rand sind auf der Diskantseite der unteren Rundung einige Dellen vorhanden und an der Ferse ist ein zusätzlicher Gurtknopf angebracht. Die Gitarre ist ansonsten sehr sauber und wird mit TFOA-Pass im Originalkoffer geliefert.
