De PRS Tonare Grand is zowel qua klank als qua looks indrukwekkend, en heeft een spectaculaire Cocobolo klankkast gecombineerd met een Adirondack sparren bovenblad. Ook heeft de gitaar bijna elke denkbare upgrade zoals abalone randinleg en het ingebouwde PRS element.
De Tonare Grand is tot in de kleinste details zeer verfijnd en stijlvol gebouwd. Zo heeft hij een abalone/cocobolo rozet, cocobolo/esdoorn/abalone randinleg en uiteraard de bekende 'birds' inleg op de ebbenhouten toets.De stevige C-vormige mahonie hals is zeer comfortabel en de met de hand gemaakte Keith Robson stemmechanieken houden het instrument perfect op stemming.
De gitaar klinkt geweldig groots met een haast Europees karakter, denk aan Lowden of McIlroy, maar dan met meer definitie en een warmer en ronder hoog zoals bijvoorbeeld gitaren van James Olson of Kevin Ryan. Zeer veelzijdig en geschikt voor alles van fingerpicking tot drop tunings tot strumming mede dankzij de diepe body.
Deze PRS Tonare Grand uit 2011 heeft lichte speelsporen op het bovenblad, met daarbij ook enkele oppervlakkige dings. Ook op de achterzijde van de body zijn lichte speelsporen en enkele dings te vinden, maar de gitaar is verder zeer schoon en verkeert in excellente conditie. Wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in de originele koffer.

The PRS Tonare Grand is impressive in both sound and looks, and has a spectacular Cocobolo back and sides combined with an Adirondack spruce top. The guitar also has almost every conceivable upgrade, such as abalone edge inlays and the built-in PRS pickup.
The Tonare Grand is very refined and stylishly built down to the smallest detail. It has an abalone/cocobolo rosette, cocobolo/maple/abalone edge inlay and of course the well-known 'birds' inlay on the ebony fingerboard. The sturdy C-shaped mahogany neck is very comfortable and the handmade Keith Robson tuners hold the instrument in place. perfectly in tune.
The guitar sounds wonderfully grand with an almost European character, think of Lowden or McIlroy, but with more definition and a warmer and rounder high, like guitars from James Olson or Kevin Ryan. Very versatile and suitable for everything from fingerpicking to drop tunings to strumming, thanks to the deep body.
This PRS Tonare Grand from 2011 has light playwear on the top, including some superficial dings. There are also light playwear and a few dings on the back of the body, but the guitar is otherwise very clean and in excellent condition. Delivered with TFOA passport in the original hardshell case.

Der PRS Tonare Grand ist sowohl klanglich als auch optisch beeindruckend und verfügt über einen spektakulären Cocobolo-Boden und -Zargen in Kombination mit einer Adirondack-Fichtendecke. Darüber hinaus verfügt die Gitarre über nahezu alle erdenklichen Upgrades, wie zum Beispiel Abalone-Kanteneinlagen und den eingebauten PRS-Tonabnehmer.
Der Tonare Grand ist bis ins kleinste Detail sehr raffiniert und stilvoll gebaut. Es verfügt über eine Abalone/Cocobolo-Rosette, eine Cocobolo/Ahorn/Abalone-Kanteneinlage und natürlich die bekannte „Vögel“-Einlage auf dem Ebenholzgriffbrett. Der stabile C-förmige Mahagonihals ist sehr bequem und die handgefertigten Stimmmechaniken von Keith Robson halten das Instrument an Ort und Stelle. perfekt abgestimmt.
Die Gitarre klingt wunderbar großartig mit einem fast europäischen Charakter, man denke an Lowden oder McIlroy, aber mit mehr Definition und einem wärmeren und runderen Hoch, wie Gitarren von James Olson oder Kevin Ryan. Sehr vielseitig und dank des tiefen Korpus für alles geeignet, vom Fingerpicking über Drop-Tunings bis hin zum Strumming.
Dieser PRS Tonare Grand aus dem Jahr 2011 weist leichte Spielspuren auf der Decke auf, darunter auch einige oberflächliche Beulen. Es gibt auch leichte Spielspuren und ein paar Beulen auf der Rückseite des Korpus, aber ansonsten ist die Gitarre sehr sauber und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Lieferung mit TFOA-Pass im Original-Hartschalenkoffer.
