Gazing upon the famous Style “O,” one can almost hear the sweet song of the Hawaiian breeze through the swaying palm trees, syncopated to the soft roll of the waves upon the sandy shore as the sun sets in the distance.

National's 14-Fret Style "O" werd een icoon toen Mark Knopfler een model uit eind jaren 1930 ging gebruiken en het prominent afbeeldde op de cover van het Brothers in Arms album van Dire Straits uit 1985. National's reproductie is trouw aan het vintage origineel.
De kleinere, 14-fret body zorgt voor veelzijdigheid en gemakkelijke toegang voor het bereiken van die hogere noten. Het instrument met messing body is gepolijst tot een spiegelglans, vernikkeld en vervolgens geëtst met de exotische Hawaiiaanse palmboom scènes. De esdoorn hals is afgewerkt in een traditionele sunburst. Een ivoroid-gebonden ebbenhouten toets en vintage-style gegraveerde stemmechanieken maken het uiterlijk van deze blijvende klassieker compleet.
De body van deze Style O uit 2023 laat zien dat hij het afgelopen jaar zijn eerste lichte speelsporen al heeft verdiend. Hij ziet er verder gewoon nog zeer schoon uit en verkeert absoluut nog in excellente conditie. De gitaar wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in een koffer.

National’s 14-Fret Style “O” became an icon when Mark Knopfler began using a late 1930s model and pictured it prominently on the cover of Dire Straits’ Brothers in Arms album released in 1985. National's reproduction is true to the vintage original.
The smaller, 14-fret body allows versatility and ease of access for reaching those higher notes. The brass-bodied instrument is polished to a mirror-like shine, nickel plated, and then etched with the exotic Hawaiian palm-tree scenes. The maple neck is finished in a traditional sunburst. An ivoroid-bound ebony fretboard and vintage-style engraved tuners complete the look of this enduring classic.
The body of this 2023 Style O shows that it has already earned its first light playing marks over the past year. It otherwise just looks very clean and is definitely still in excellent condition. The guitar comes with TFOA passport in a hardshell case.

Die Reproduktion von National ist dem alten Original treu geblieben.
Der kleinere Korpus mit 14 Bünden ermöglicht Vielseitigkeit und leichten Zugang zu den höheren Tönen. Der Messingkorpus wurde auf Hochglanz poliert, vernickelt und mit den exotischen hawaiianischen Palmenmotiven graviert. Der Ahornhals ist in einem traditionellen Sunburst lackiert. Ein Griffbrett aus Ebenholz mit Ebenholzeinlage und gravierte Mechaniken im Vintage-Stil vervollständigen das Aussehen dieses Klassikers.
Der Korpus dieses 2023 Style O zeigt, dass er im letzten Jahr bereits erste leichte Spielspuren bekommen hat. Sie sieht ansonsten einfach sehr sauber aus und ist definitiv noch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Gitarre kommt mit TFOA-Pass in einem Hartschalenkoffer
