Martin OM18 Authentic 1933 Ambertone 2016

Martin maakte deze extreem realistische en historisch correcte replica aan de hand van een origineel exemplaar, geleend van Fred Oster van Vintage Instruments. Martin heeft deze gitaar in het Smithsonian Institute door een CAT-scanner gehaald en vanuit deze scan alle maten genomen tot in het allerkleinste detail.

Deze OM18 Authentic is uitgerust met een mahonie klankkast die is geassembleerd met een beenderlijm constructie. Daarnaast heeft de gitaar een Adirondack sparren bovenblad een 1933 X-Brace zodat hij nog dichter bij het origineel komt. Andere vintage details zijn een Authentic 1933 "Barrel and Heel" mahonie hals met T-bar, ebben brug met lang zadel en "old style-18" rozet. 

Maar vooral deze gitaar ook gewoon vooral fantastisch. Een perfect gebalanceerd geluid met diepe bas en helder hoog waar je bij veel speelstijlen mee uit de voeten kunt. Door de brede string spacing bij de brug is deze OM18 dan ook echt de droomgitaar van elke fingerstyle speler!

Deze Martin OM18 Authentic uit 2016 heeft lichte speelsporen opgelopen op zijn body, hals en slagplaat. Desalniettemin ziet hij er nog bijzonder schoon uit en verkeert hij dan ook in excellente conditie. Hij wordt geleverd in een TKL koffer met TFOA-paspoort.

Martin has equipped this OM18 Authentic with a mahogany body that is assembled using hide glue construction. Additionally, the guitar features an Adirondack spruce top with a 1933 X-brace, bringing it even closer to the original. Other vintage details include an Authentic 1933 "Barrel and Heel" mahogany neck with T-bar, an ebony bridge with a long saddle, and an "old style-18" rosette.


But above all, this guitar is simply fantastic. It offers a perfectly balanced sound with deep bass and clear highs, making it versatile for many playing styles. With the wide string spacing at the bridge, this OM18 is truly the dream guitar for any fingerstyle player!


This Martin OM18 Authentic from 2016 shows light signs of play on its body, neck, and pickguard. Nevertheless, it looks particularly clean and is in excellent condition. It comes with a TKL case and TFOA passport.

Martin hat diese OM18 Authentic mit einem Mahagoni-Korpus ausgestattet, der mit einer Tierleim-Konstruktion zusammengebaut wurde. Aber vor allem ist diese Gitarre einfach fantastisch. Sie bietet einen perfekt ausgewogenen Klang mit tiefem Bass und klaren Höhen, was sie für viele Spielstile vielseitig einsetzbar macht. Durch die breite Saite-Abstand an der Brücke ist diese OM18 wirklich die Traumgitarre für jeden Fingerstyle-Spieler!


Diese Martin OM18 Authentic aus dem Jahr 2016 weist leichte Spielspuren am Korpus, Hals und Schlagbrett auf. Dennoch sieht sie besonders sauber aus und befindet sich in exzellentem Zustand. Sie wird mit einem TKL-Koffer und TFOA-Pass geliefert.
