Andrew Lowry, oorspronkelijk afkomstig uit Noord-Ierland, bouwt sinds 2014 professioneel custom gitaren in het noorden van Frankrijk. Hij bouwt in een eigentijdse stijl, gericht op eenvoud en elegantie van vorm, en een klank die rijk is aan sustain en harmonischen, beïnvloed door de Ierse traditie van gitaarbouw.
Hij biedt momenteel twee modellen aan (Braid en Carrick), genoemd naar prominente bezienswaardigheden in zijn geboortestreek Antrim, Noord-Ierland. Dit is het Carrick model en heeft een sparren bovenblad en Indisch palissander zij- en achterkant. De body wordt gesierd door een ebben binding die bij de armrest is voorzien van een micro bevel voor extra speelcomfort.
De Carrick is een middelgroot model en is qua afmetingen ongeveer gelijk aan een OM. Het is in de eerste plaats bedoeld als een fingerstyle-instrument, met een vol geluid, rijk aan harmonischen en sustain.
Deze Carrick uit 2021 verkeert nog nagenoeg in nieuwstaat. De gitaar heeft lichte speelsporen op de voor- en achterzijde van de body, maar is desalniettemin zeer schoon en wordt geleverd in een koffer van Hiscox.

Originally from Northern Ireland, Drew Lowry has been building custom guitars professionally in the north of France since 2014. He builds in a contemporary style, aiming for simplicity and elegance of form, and a tone rich in sustain and harmonics influenced by the Irish tradition of guitar-making. The body is decorated with an ebony binding that has a micro bevel at the armrest for extra playing comfort.
He currently offers two models (Braid and Carrick), named for prominent landmarks in his native county of Antrim, Northern Ireland. This is the Carrick model and features a spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides.

This 2021 Carrick is still in near mint condition. The guitar has light playwear on the front and back of the body, but is nevertheless very clean and comes in a Hiscox hardshell case.

Er baut in einem zeitgenössischen Stil und strebt nach Einfachheit und Eleganz der Form sowie einem Klang, der reich an Sustain und Obertönen ist und von der irischen Tradition beeinflusst ist Gitarrenbau.
Derzeit bietet er zwei Modelle an (Braid und Carrick), die nach markanten Wahrzeichen seiner Heimatregion Antrim in Nordirland benannt sind. Dies ist das Carrick-Modell und verfügt über eine Fichtendecke und Boden und Zargen aus indischem Palisander. Der Korpus ist mit einer Ebenholzbindung verziert, die an der Armlehne für zusätzlichen Spielkomfort eine Mikroschräge aufweist.
Der Carrick ist ein mittelgroßes Modell und entspricht in den Gesamtabmessungen in etwa einem OM. Es ist in erster Linie als Fingerstyle-Instrument gedacht und bietet einen vollen Klang, reich an Obertönen und Sustain.
Dieser Carrick 2021 ist immer noch in einem nahezu neuwertigen Zustand. Die Gitarre hat leichte Spielspuren an der Vorder- und Rückseite des Korpus, ist aber dennoch sehr sauber und wird in einem Hiscox-Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
