De ES355 begint met alle kenmerken die de ES335 iconisch maken: de feedback-resistente semi-hollowbody constructie, de twee humbucking pickups met individuele volume- en toonregeling, en de legendarische sonische veelzijdigheid en uitzonderlijke speelbaarheid. De ES355 werd in 1958 ontwikkeld om de sustain en feedback van een solidbody gitaar te combineren met het comfort en het gewicht van de hollowbodies, en was het pronkstuk van de Electric Spanish series.
De aandacht voor detail van deze vakkundig vervaardigde Custom Shop-uitvoering maakt het een uitstekende reproductie van de legendarische en zeer gewaardeerde ES355 uit 1959. Dit pronkstuk werd en wordt nog steeds uitgevoerd met weelderige parelmoer 'block' inleg in de ebben toets, 'Split Diamond' inleg in de kop en gouden hardware, wat hem onderscheidt van zijn ingetogen broers. De gitaar is verder voorzien van een Heavy Aged-behandeling waardoor de gitaar er heerlijk doorleefd uitziet; alsof Keith Richards hem zelf heeft bespeeld!
De gitaar werd gebouwd in 2020, en verkeert in excellente conditie. Door de Heavy Aged-behandeling is het lastig te zien waar de speelsporen ophouden en de relic begint, maar de gitaar is zonder meer zeer schoon. Wordt met echtheidscertificaat en TFOA paspoort geleverd in de originele koffer.

Developed in 1958 to combine the sustain and feedback of a solidbody guitar with the comfort and weight of hollowbodies, the ES355 was the showpiece of the Electric Spanish series.
The attention to detail of this expertly crafted Custom Shop version makes it an excellent reproduction of the legendary and highly acclaimed 1959 ES355. This showpiece was and still is executed with sumptuous mother-of-pearl ‘block’ inlays in the ebony fingerboard, ‘Split Diamond’ inlays in the headstock and gold hardware, setting it apart from its understated brothers. The guitar also features a Heavy Aged treatment, giving it a wonderfully lived-in look; as if Keith Richards played it himself!
Built in 2020, the guitar is in excellent condition. Due to the Heavy Aged treatment, it is difficult to see where the playing marks end and the relic begins, but the guitar is definitely very clean. Comes with certificate of authenticity and TFOA passport in its original case.

Die Liebe zum Detail dieser fachmännisch gefertigten Custom Shop-Version macht sie zu einer hervorragenden Reproduktion der legendären und hochgelobten ES355 von 1959. Dieses Prunkstück wurde und wird immer noch mit prächtigen Perlmutt-Blockeinlagen im Ebenholz-Griffbrett, „Split Diamond“-Einlagen in der Kopfplatte und goldener Hardware ausgeführt, was sie von ihren unauffälligen Brüdern abhebt. Die Gitarre wurde außerdem einer Heavy Aged-Behandlung unterzogen, die ihr einen wunderbar lebendigen Look verleiht; als ob Keith Richards sie selbst gespielt hätte!
Die Gitarre wurde 2020 gebaut und befindet sich in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Aufgrund der Heavy Aged-Behandlung ist es schwierig zu erkennen, wo die Spielspuren enden und das Relikt beginnt, aber die Gitarre ist definitiv sehr sauber. Kommt mit Echtheitszertifikat und TFOA-Pass in seinem Originalkoffer.
