Collings D2H Traditional
De Collings D2H Traditional is een van de vele Collings gitaren die het hart sneller doet doet kloppen. De 14-fret dreadnought is de meest populaire staalsnarige akoestische gitaar ter wereld, en terwijl Collings zeker niet het enige bedrijf in de wereld is die ze bouwt, brengen ze een nieuwe helderheid, diepte en warmte die meestal niet geassocieerd wordt met zo'n grote en diepe gitaar.
De Traditional Series van Collings vertegenwoordigt een vintage geïnspireerde klankvariatie op het kenmerkende Collings-geluid. De gitaren onderscheiden zich door een lichtgewicht constructie waarbij met de hand geselecteerd klankhout op gewicht en resonantie wordt geselecteerd, om vervolgens met de hand tot een krachtig, gebalanceerd en helder instrument te worden vervaardigd. De aanpassingen van onder andere de bracing en verstelbare T-bar halspen dragen daarnaast bij aan de warme, afgeronde hoge tonen, de nadrukkelijk aanwezige middentonen en de open klank, niet in de laatste plaats door de ultra-dunne nitrocellulose laklaag die de gitaar optimaal laat vibreren.
Hoewel de basrespons deze dreadnought perfect maakt voor vocale begeleiding zal een Collings dreadnought gegarandeerd zelfs de meest voorname bluegrass flatpicker tevreden stellen. De D2H beschikt over een mahonie klankkast met een Sitka sparren bovenblad, die ondersteund wordt door een scalloped X-bracing. Zoals we van Collings gewend zijn is ook deze D1T van buitengewone kwaliteit. De gebruikte materialen voldoen aan de hoogste standaard en de afwerking zal de liefhebber doen watertanden. Het is niet voor niets dat deze gitaren niet lang in onze winkel blijven; als je er eenmaal een Collings hebt bespeeld wil je niets anders meer!

The Collings D2H Traditional is one of many Collings guitars that makes the heart beat faster. The 14-fret dreadnought is the most popular steel-stringed acoustic guitar in the world, and while Collings is certainly not the only company in the world that builds them, they bring a new clarity, depth and warmth not usually associated with such a large and deep guitar.
Collings' Traditional Series represents a vintage-inspired sound variation on the signature Collings sound. The guitars are distinguished by lightweight construction where hand-selected tonewoods are selected for weight and resonance, then handcrafted into a powerful, balanced and bright instrument. Modifications to the bracing and adjustable T-bar neck pin, among others, also contribute to the warm, rounded treble, emphatic midrange and open sound, not least because of the ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer coating that allows the guitar to vibrate optimally.
While the bass response makes this dreadnought perfect for vocal accompaniment, a Collings dreadnought is guaranteed to satisfy even the most distinguished bluegrass flatpicker. The D2H features a mahogany soundboard with a Sitka spruce top supported by a scalloped X-bracing. As we have come to expect from Collings, this D1T is also of exceptional quality. The materials used are of the highest standard and the finish will make the enthusiast's mouth water. It's not for nothing that these guitars don't stay in our store for long; once you've played one Collings you won't want anything else!

Die Collings D2H Traditional ist eine von vielen Collings-Gitarren, die das Herz höher schlagen lassen. Die 14-Bund-Dreadnought ist die beliebteste stahlbesaitete Akustikgitarre der Welt, und obwohl Collings sicherlich nicht die einzige Firma auf der Welt ist, die sie baut, bringen sie eine neue Klarheit, Tiefe und Wärme mit sich, die man normalerweise nicht mit einer so großen und tiefen Gitarre in Verbindung bringt.
Die Traditional Series von Collings ist eine Vintage-inspirierte Klangvariante des typischen Collings-Sounds. Die Gitarren zeichnen sich durch eine leichte Konstruktion aus, bei der handverlesene Tonhölzer nach Gewicht und Resonanz ausgewählt und dann in Handarbeit zu einem kraftvollen, ausgewogenen und hellen Instrument verarbeitet werden. Zu den warmen, abgerundeten Höhen, den betonten Mitten und dem offenen Klang tragen u.a. auch das angepasste Bracing und der verstellbare T-Bar-Halsstift bei, nicht zuletzt durch die hauchdünne Nitrocellulose-Lackierung, die die Gitarre optimal zum Schwingen bringt.
Die Basswiedergabe macht diese Dreadnought-Gitarre perfekt für die Gesangsbegleitung, aber auch der anspruchsvollste Bluegrass-Flatpicker wird mit einer Collings-Dreadnought garantiert zufrieden sein. Die D2H verfügt über eine Mahagoni-Resonanzdecke mit einer Decke aus Sitka-Fichte, die von einer gewellten X-Verstrebung gestützt wird. Wie wir es von Collings gewohnt sind, ist auch diese D1T von außergewöhnlicher Qualität. Die verwendeten Materialien sind von höchstem Standard und die Verarbeitung lässt dem Liebhaber das Wasser im Mund zusammenlaufen. Nicht umsonst bleiben diese Gitarren nicht lange in unserem Geschäft; wer einmal eine Collings gespielt hat, will nichts anderes mehr!
