Type 4 Flex cables are green and fitted with a centre positive 5,5/2,5mm DC plug. This Flex cable type is nowdays mainly used to power all Eventide Factor and H9 pedals and is widely used for many AC pedals. This Flex cable is available with angled (L-shaped) plug in three lengths 30, 50 or 80cm.

Type 4 Flex-kabels zijn groen en voorzien van een positieve 5,5/2,5 mm DC-stekker in het midden. Dit type flexkabel wordt tegenwoordig voornamelijk gebruikt voor de voeding van alle Eventide Factor- en H9-pedalen en wordt veel gebruikt voor veel AC-pedalen. Deze flexkabel is verkrijgbaar met een haakse (L-vormige) stekker in drie lengtes: 30, 50 of 80 cm.
De toepassingen die we kennen zijn de volgende pedalen:

- Grote oudere 4-knops modeling Line 6-pedalen (DL4, DM4, MM4, AM4 en FM4)

* Voor De polariteit van AC-pedalen maakt niet uit! Er gaat niets boven een DC- of AC-kabel. Stroomkabels hebben gewoon een negatieve of positieve polariteit, wat bij wisselstroom niet uitmaakt. Als je zwarte flexkabel niet in de aansluiting van je AC-pedaal past, kun je de groene gebruiken, die is bedoeld voor de grotere 2,5mm-pin. Bij al onze voedingen, behalve de Adam Link, wordt minimaal één groene flexkabel meegeleverd. Je kunt ook een gele type 3 flexkabel voor je AC-pedaal bestellen en de groene gebruiken om je Eventides van stroom te voorzien.

* For AC pedals polarity doesn't matter! There's nothing like a DC or AC cable. Power cables just have a negative or positive polarity which in case of alternating current doesn't matter. If your black Flex cable doesn't fit into your AC pedal's socket you should use the green one which is for the larger 2,5mm pin. Minimum one green Flex cable is included with all our power supplies except the Adam link. You can also get a yellow type 3 Flex cable for your AC pedal and have the green ones to power your Eventides.

* Polarität für Wechselstrompedale Egal! Es gibt nichts Vergleichbares zu Gleichstrom- oder Wechselstromkabeln. Stromkabel haben lediglich eine negative oder positive Polarität, was bei Wechselstrom keine Rolle spielt. Falls Ihr schwarzes Flexkabel nicht in die Buchse Ihres AC-Pedals passt, verwenden Sie das grüne für den größeren 2,5-mm-Pin. Mindestens ein grünes Flexkabel ist im Lieferumfang aller unserer Netzteile enthalten, außer dem Adam Link. Sie können auch ein gelbes Flexkabel Typ 3 für Ihr AC-Pedal erhalten und die grünen Kabel für die Stromversorgung Ihres Eventides verwenden.
