Atkin Dustbowl Parlor Aged

Waar Atkin al geruime tijd bewijst dat het merk als geen ander een gitaar kan bouwen, is het aging-proces misschien wel het meest indrukwekkende aspect van Atkin Guitars.  De passie waarmee deze instrumenten gemaakt zijn straalt er vanaf, en het is moeilijk om niet verliefd te worden op zowel de klank als het uiterlijk.

De Dust Bowl Series is geïnspireerd op de depression era-gitaren uit de jaren '30, en bestaat uit gitaren die volledig uit mahonie gemaakt zijn, gecomplementeerd door een toets van Indisch palissander. De gitaren hebben een lichtgewicht constructie en hebben een heerlijk comfortabele bespeelbaarheid. 

De gitaren uit de Dust Bowl Series hebben een volle, rijke en droge klank met voldoende kracht in het middenbereik, terwijl er voldoende warmte en openheid over alle snaren bewaard blijft om elke gitarist tevreden te houden. De bas heeft een piano-achtige articulatie, terwijl de hoge tonen fraai afgerond zijn.

De Atkin Dust Bowl wordt met echtheidscertificaat geleverd in een koffer van TKL.

While Atkin has long proved that the brand can build a guitar like no other, the aging process is perhaps the most impressive aspect of Atkin Guitars.  The passion with which these instruments are made radiates from them, and it is hard not to fall in love with both the sound and the look.


Inspired by the depression era guitars of the 1930s, the Dust Bowl Series consists of guitars made entirely of mahogany, complemented by a fingerboard of Indian rosewood. The guitars have a lightweight construction and have a wonderfully comfortable playability.


The Dust Bowl Series guitars have a full, rich and dry sound with enough power in the midrange, while maintaining enough warmth and openness across all strings to keep any guitarist happy. The bass has a piano-like articulation, while the treble is beautifully rounded.


The Atkin Dust Bowl comes with certificate of authenticity in a TKL hardshell case.

Während Atkin schon lange bewiesen hat, dass die Marke eine Gitarre wie keine andere bauen kann, ist der Alterungsprozess vielleicht der beeindruckendste Aspekt der Atkin-Gitarren.  Die Leidenschaft, mit der diese Instrumente hergestellt werden, strahlt aus ihnen heraus, und es ist schwer, sich nicht sowohl in den Klang als auch in das Aussehen zu verlieben.


Inspiriert von den Gitarren der Depressionszeit in den 1930er Jahren, besteht die Dust Bowl Serie aus Gitarren, die komplett aus Mahagoni gefertigt sind, ergänzt durch ein Griffbrett aus indischem Palisander. Die Gitarren sind leicht gebaut und haben eine wunderbar komfortable Bespielbarkeit.


Die Gitarren der Dust-Bowl-Serie haben einen vollen, satten und trockenen Klang mit genügend Kraft in den Mitten und gleichzeitig genügend Wärme und Offenheit über alle Saiten, um jeden Gitarristen glücklich zu machen. Der Bass hat eine klavierähnliche Artikulation, während der Diskant schön abgerundet ist.


Die Atkin Dust Bowl wird mit Echtheitszertifikat in einem TKL-Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
