De Les Paul Standard keert terug naar het klassieke ontwerp dat hem relevant, bespeeld en geliefd maakte. Het is een eerbetoon aan Gibson's Gouden Era van innovatie en brengt authenticiteit terug tot leven.
Met een in Bourbon Burst afgewerkte gevlamde esdoorn top op de mahonie body voldoet deze Les Paul aan de materiaalkeuze die het model zo herkenbaar en geliefd hebben gemaakt. De heerlijk gevormde en soepel speelbare mahonie hals maakt de gitaar tot een comfortabele metgezel, mede dankzij de 12 inch radius die vertrouwd aanvoelt. Grover Rotomatic-stemmechanieken houden de gitaar daarbij zonder moeite op stemming!
Deze Les Paul werd in 2023 gebouwd, en heeft enkele modificaties ondergaan. De pickups zijn vervangen door Bare Knuckle PG Blues exemplaren, en deze zijn zodanig bedraad dat ze in de middenstand uit fase zijn voor de kenmerkende sound van de iconische Greeny van Peter Green, Gary Moore en tegenwoordig Kirk Hammett. De gitaar is op lichte speelsporen na nauwelijks van een nieuwe gitaar te onderscheiden, en wordt inclusief de originele slagplaat geleverd in een Gibson-koffer.

With a flamed maple top finished in Bourbon Burst on the mahogany body, this Les Paul fulfils the material choices that have made the model so recognisable and loved. The wonderfully shaped and smoothly playable mahogany neck makes the guitar a comfortable companion, thanks in part to the 12-inch radius that feels familiar. Grover Rotomatic tuning machines keep the guitar in tune without effort!
Built in 2023, this Les Paul has undergone some modifications. The pickups have been replaced with Bare Knuckle PG Blues, and these are wired to be out of phase in the middle position for the distinctive sound of the iconic Greeny by Peter Green, Gary Moore and nowadays Kirk Hammett. The guitar is barely distinguishable from a new guitar apart from light playing marks, and comes complete with the original pickguard in a Gibson hardshell case.

Der wunderschön geformte und leicht spielbare Mahagoni-Hals macht die Gitarre zu einem komfortablen Begleiter, auch dank des 12-Zoll-Radius, der sich vertraut anfühlt. Grover Rotomatic-Mechaniken halten die Gitarre mühelos in Stimmung!
Diese Les Paul wurde im Jahr 2023 gebaut und hat einige Änderungen erfahren. Die Tonabnehmer wurden durch Bare Knuckle PG Blues ersetzt, und diese sind so verdrahtet, dass sie in der mittleren Position phasenverschoben sind, um den unverwechselbaren Sound der ikonischen Greeny von Peter Green, Gary Moore und heute Kirk Hammett zu erreichen. Die Gitarre ist abgesehen von leichten Spielspuren kaum von einer neuen Gitarre zu unterscheiden und wird komplett mit dem Original-Schlagbrett in einem Gibson-Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
