De manier waarop de akoestische kwaliteit van de Hollowbody II wordt verbeterd is werkelijk uitzonderlijk. Allereerst zijn er de 58/15LT pickups, PRS' moderne ode aan de PAF pickups uit de jaren 1950. Deze bieden zachte output met een prachtig ronde, maar gedefinieerde toon. The convenience of two separate outputs allows you to send the signal from the 58/15LT humbuckers to your electric guitar amp and the Piezo signal to a D.I. or a separate acoustic amp. With the Blend control, you can also choose to send out a mixed signal through the Mix/Mag output. This gives you incredible flexibility to shape your sound to your own taste.
