The Eastman MDA815 mandola is one of the more expensive instruments they make in the mandolin family. A simple glance at the spec sheet confirms this fact: Gotoh tuners, mother of pearl 'Flower Pot' inlays on the headstock, adjustable compensated ebony bridge, a solid Adirondack spruce top and a highly flamed (solid) maple body.

Wat op papier werkt, vertaalt zich niet altijd in een fantastisch instrument, maar gelukkig weten de meesterbouwers bij Eastman wat ze doen! Deze mandola is luid, direct en heeft een heerlijk diepe toon, vooral in de hoge registers. De 'klassieke' glansafwerking is prachtig aangebracht en de overvloed aan ivoroid-binding geeft het instrument een zeer chique uitstraling.
Zelfs als je op zoek bent naar een duurder instrument, is Eastman een merk dat je niet mag negeren! Ze maken fantastische instrumenten, vooral als je naar de prijs kijkt. Deze MDA815 is daarop geen uitzondering en zou een perfecte aanvulling zijn op zelfs de meest veeleisende muzikantencollectie.
Deze Eastman Mandola is gebouwd in 2018, en ziet er op wat kleine krasjes op de headstock na nog zeer schoon uit. De Mandola is verder nauwelijks van een nieuw instrument te onderscheiden, en wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in een gigbag.
What works on paper doesn't always translate into a fantastic instrument, but luckily the master builders at Eastman know what they're doing! This mandola is loud, direct and has a wonderfully deep tone, especially in the upper registers. The 'classic' gloss finish is beautifully applied and the abundance of ivoroid binding gives the instrument a very classy look.
Even if you're looking for a more expensive instrument, Eastman is a brand you shouldn't ignore! They make fantastic instruments, especially when you consider the price. This MDA815 is no exception and would make a perfect addition to even the most demanding musician's collection.
This Eastman Mandola was built in 2018, and looks very clean except for some small scratches on the headstock. The Mandola is hardly distinguishable from a new instrument, and comes with a TFOA passport in a gigbag.
Was auf dem Papier funktioniert, lässt sich nicht immer in ein fantastisches Instrument umsetzen, aber zum Glück wissen die Baumeister bei Eastman, was sie tun! Diese Mandola ist laut, direkt und hat einen wunderbar tiefen Ton, besonders in den hohen Lagen. Das „klassische“ Glanzfinish ist wunderschön aufgetragen und die zahlreichen Ivoroid-Einfassungen verleihen dem Instrument ein sehr schickes Aussehen.
Auch wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem teureren Instrument sind, sollten Sie Eastman nicht außer Acht lassen! Sie stellen fantastische Instrumente her, besonders wenn man den Preis bedenkt. Dieser MDA815 bildet da keine Ausnahme und wäre eine perfekte Ergänzung selbst für die Sammlung anspruchsvollster Musiker.
Diese Eastman Mandola wurde 2018 gebaut und sieht bis auf ein paar kleine Kratzer an der Kopfplatte sehr sauber aus. Die Mandola ist kaum von einem Neuinstrument zu unterscheiden und wird mit TFOA-Pass in einer Gigbag geliefert.
