National's Replicon treatment adds the patina of a carefully, lovingly used guitar to the Style “O.” The brass-bodied instrument is polished to the usual mirror-like gleam, nickel plated, etched with the iconic Hawaiian scenes, and then receives a special hand-rubbed finish. The guitar takes on all the glory and glamor of an 80-year-old vintage relic but still plays and sounds as good as new.

Als je naar de beroemde Style "O" kijkt, kun je bijna het zoete lied van de Hawaïaanse bries door de wuivende palmbomen horen, gesyncopeerd met het zachte rollen van de golven op de zandkust terwijl de zon in de verte ondergaat.
National's 14-Fret Style "O" kreeg een iconische status toen Mark Knopfler een model uit de late jaren 1930 ging gebruiken. Hij stond prominent op de cover van het Dire Straits album "Brothers in Arms" uit 1985. National's reproductie blijft trouw aan het vintage origineel en legt de essentie trouw vast.
De kleinere, 14-frets body zorgt voor veelzijdigheid en gemakkelijke toegang voor het bereiken van hogere noten. Het instrument met messing body is gepolijst tot een spiegelglans, vernikkeld en versierd met geëtste exotische Hawaiiaanse palmboom taferelen en krijgt daarna een speciale handgeboende afwerking. De esdoorn hals heeft een traditionele sunburst afwerking. Een ivoroid-gebonden ebbenhouten toets en vintage-style gegraveerde stemknoppen maken het uiterlijk van deze blijvende klassieker compleet.
Deze gitaar dateert uit 2022. Na de Replicon behandeling van National is het moeilijk te zeggen waar de relic eindigt en de slijtage begint, maar dit instrument is nog steeds in uitstekende staat. Wordt geleverd in originele hardcase met TFOA paspoort.

Gazing upon the famous Style “O,” one can almost hear the sweet song of the Hawaiian breeze through the swaying palm trees, syncopated to the soft roll of the waves upon the sandy shore as the sun sets in the distance.
National’s 14-Fret Style “O” gained iconic status when Mark Knopfler began using a late 1930s model, prominently featuring it on the cover of Dire Straits’ album "Brothers in Arms" released in 1985. National’s reproduction stays true to the vintage original, capturing its essence faithfully.
The smaller, 14-fret body allows versatility and ease of access for reaching higher notes. The brass-bodied instrument is polished to a mirror-like shine, nickel-plated, and adorned with etched exotic Hawaiian palm-tree scenes and then receives a special hand-rubbed finish. The maple neck features a traditional sunburst finish. An ivoroid-bound ebony fretboard and vintage-style engraved tuners complete the look of this enduring classic.
This guitar dates back to 2022. After National's Replicon treatment it is hard to tell where the relic ends and the wear starts but this instrument is still in excellent condition. Comes in Original Hardcase with TFOA passport.

Diese Gitarre stammt aus dem Jahr 2022. Nach der Replicon-Behandlung von National ist es schwer zu sagen, wo das Relikt aufhört und die Abnutzung beginnt, aber dieses Instrument ist immer noch in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Wird im Original-Hardcase mit TFOA-Pass geliefert.
