Handgemaakt volgens traditionele methodes en de beste materialen. Deze gitaar in LP-stijl heeft een mahoniehouten body uit één stuk met een massief handgesneden esdoornblad, een aangenaam aanvoelende C-vormige mahoniehouten hals uit één stuk en een ebbenhouten toets met parelmoer inleg.
Het eersteklas klankhout en Lollar's Custom Wound en Aged humbuckers resulteren in een open en gebalanceerde klank met complexe overtones die moeiteloos door de mix snijdt. Deze gitaar staat zijn mannetje op het podium en zal waar nodig de hoofdrol opeisen.
Een van de meest onderscheidende kenmerken van deze SB59 is de milieuvriendelijke Truetone finish van Eastman.
