De op 1937 geïnspireerde 28-Style Authentic Collection beloont spelers met de sonische superioriteit van Martin's Authentic Series en de alledaagse bruikbaarheid van een werkpaardgitaar. Tijdsbeproefde kenmerken zoals Authentic bracing, hide glue en cloth strip constructie zetten de traditie van akoestische uitmuntendheid voort, nu verbeterd met een dunner bovenblad voor indrukwekkend volume en het breedste dynamische bereik binnen de palissander instrumentenfamilie.
Naast een prachtige Ambertone Burst afwerking heeft deze 00028 ook de nieuwe "Low Gloss" afwerking. Zonder de zware slijtage van een instrument dat veelvuldig is bespeeld, is de "Low Gloss" afwerking geïnspireerd op die zeldzame vintage instrumenten die jarenlang veilig in hun koffer bewaard zijn gebleven. De afwerking draagt de sporen van de tijd, maar mist de diepe littekens die veel vintage recreaties hebben.
Wordt geleverd in een hardshell koffer met certificaat van echtheid en TFOA-paspoort.
