Gevestigd in het prachtige Burlington, Vermont, begon Iris Guitars in 2018 als een divisie van Circle Strings. Met behulp van super futuristische productietechnieken en cutting edge technologie, samen met jarenlange kennis en ervaring, is Iris in staat om het ontwerp- en constructieproces van het bouwen van fijne gitaren aan te scherpen, terwijl het de beschikbare stijlen en opties beperkt om je zowel de hoogste kwaliteit tegen een betaalbare prijs te bieden.
Het OG model heeft een zeer comfortabel LG-esque, 14-fret ontwerp met tal van high-end functies. De body is gemaakt van Hondurees mahonie voor de zijkanten en achterkant en een Sitka spruce bovenblad met non-scalloped Adirondack spruce bracing. De satijnen afwerking versterkt het resonante, rijke en krachtige klankkarakter, wat verrassend is voor een instrument van dit formaat.
De gitaar heeft ook een C-vormige mahonie hals met Indisch palissander toets en brug, Golden Age stemknoppen en smaakvolle details zoals witte binding, kleine toetsinleg en een tortoise slagplaat. De gitaar wordt geleverd in een TKL hardshell koffer.

The OG model has a very comfortable LG-esque, 14-fret design with numerous high-end features. The body is made of Honduran mahogany for the sides and back and a Sitka spruce top with non-scalloped Adirondack spruce bracing. The satin finish enhances the resonant, rich and powerful tonal character, surprising for an instrument of this size.
The guitar also features a C-shaped mahogany neck with Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge, Golden Age tuners and tasteful details such as white binding, small fingerboard inlays and a tortoise pickguard. The guitar comes in a TKL hardshell case.

Der Korpus besteht aus Honduras-Mahagoni für die Zargen und den Boden und einer Sitka-Fichtendecke mit einem Non-Scalloped-Bracing aus Adirondack-Fichte. Die satinierte Oberfläche unterstreicht den resonanten, reichen und kraftvollen Klangcharakter, der für ein Instrument dieser Größe überraschend ist.
Die Gitarre verfügt außerdem über einen C-förmigen Mahagoni-Hals mit Griffbrett und Steg aus indischem Palisander, Golden-Age-Mechaniken und geschmackvolle Details wie weißes Binding, kleine Griffbrett-Inlays und ein Schildpatt-Schlagbrett. Die Gitarre wird in einem TKL-Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
