De Gibson Firebird heeft een uniek en onderscheidend ontwerp dat ten tijde van de introductie in 1963 als behoorlijk radicaal werd beschouwd. Deze release van de Gibson Custom Shop is een nauwkeurige reproductie van de gitaar zoals hij was in zijn debuutjaar, met prachtige details.
Uitgevoerd in Pelham Blue met de karakteristieke mini-humbuckers die de Firebird zijn typische geluid geven. De Firebird ademt Rock 'n Roll, en de iconische Maestro Vibrola geeft de gitaar net dat beetje extra qua uiterlijk en functionaliteit.
Hij is voorzien van Ultra Light Aging door de vakkundige ambachtslieden van het Murphy Lab. De Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged afwerking, gecombineerd met licht verouderde hardware, simuleert decennia van lichte speelslijtage, wat de gitaar het unieke karakter, de vibe en het gevoel geeft van een originele Gibson Golden Era. De verouderde cellulose toetsinleg, crème binding op de mahonie hals en een driedubbele witte slagplaat met het iconische Firebird logo maken het uiterlijk van deze gitaar compleet.
De gitaar heeft in ons interne proces helaas een ding opgelopen naast een van de toonknoppen, en gaat hierdoor nu als B-Stock door het leven. De gitaar is verder nog in nieuwstaat, dus zie het als een extra aanvulling op de Murphy Lab-relic op onze kosten! De Firebird Custom wordt geleverd in een hardshell koffer met echtheidscertificaat.

The Gibson Firebird has a unique and distinctive design that was considered quite radical at the time of its introduction in 1963. This release from the Gibson Custom Shop is an accurate reproduction of the guitar as it was in its debut year, with exquisite detailing.
Finished in Pelham Blue with the characteristic mini-humbuckers that give the Firebird its signature sound. The Firebird breathes Rock 'n Roll, and the iconic Maestro Vibrola gives the guitar that little bit extra in terms of looks and functionality.
It features Ultra Light Aging by the expert craftsmen at the Murphy Lab. The Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged finish, combined with slightly aged hardware, simulates decades of light playing wear, giving the guitar the unique character, vibe and feel of an original Gibson Golden Era. The aged cellulose fingerboard inlays, cream binding on the mahogany neck and a triple white pickguard with the iconic Firebird logo complete the look of this guitar.
The guitar has unfortunately suffered a ding in our internal process next to one of the tone knobs, and as a result is now going through life as B-Stock. The guitar is otherwise in new condition, so consider it an additional addition to the Murphy Lab relic at our expense! The Firebird Custom comes in a hardshell case with certificate of authenticity.

Das Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged Finish, kombiniert mit leicht gealterter Hardware, simuliert jahrzehntelange, leichte Spielspuren und verleiht der Gitarre den einzigartigen Charakter, die Stimmung und das Gefühl einer originalen Gibson Golden Era. Die gealterten Cellulose-Griffbretteinlagen, das cremefarbene Binding auf dem Mahagoni-Hals und ein dreifaches weißes Schlagbrett mit dem ikonischen Firebird-Logo vervollständigen den Look dieser Gitarre.
Die Gitarre hat leider eine Delle in unserem internen Prozess neben einem der Tonknöpfe erlitten, und als Ergebnis geht sie nun als B-Stock durchs Leben. Ansonsten ist die Gitarre in einem neuwertigen Zustand, also betrachte sie als eine zusätzliche Ergänzung der Murphy Lab Reliquie auf unsere Kosten! Die Firebird Custom wird in einem Hartschalenkoffer mit Echtheitszertifikat geliefert.
