Met de visie van de klant, het vakmanschap van de bouwer en door gebruik te maken van de best materialen weet de Martin Custom Shop altijd een perfecte gitaar af te leveren. De D41 onderscheidt zich van de standaarmodellen van Martin door de schitterende en luxueuze abalone randinleg en gouden stemmechanieken, en deze S-variant heeft nog iets extra's in petto.
De "S" in de modelnaam geeft aan dat hij de 12-frets tot de klankkast configuratie heeft, wat de norm was op de eerste (pre-1934) Martin-dreadnoughts. De 12 fret hals op een grote body produceert een veel grotere basrespons en een meer dynamische gitaar.
De combinatie van het Sitka sparren bovenblad en de Indisch palissander klankkast zorgt door de grote afmetingen van de body van deze D28S voor een diepe en intense klank die vele muziek- en speelstijlen aankan. Ondanks de 12 fret hals heeft hij geen kortere mensuur, maar de mahonie hals met ebben toets heeft de gebruikelijke lengte van 25.4". Het Modified Low Oval halsprofiel voelt comfortabel en vertrouwd aan, en zorgt ervoor dat je de gitaar moeiteloos gedurende langere sessies kunt blijven bespelen!
Deze Martin is gebouwd in 2022, en verkeert nog nagenoeg in nieuwstaat. Op het bovenblad bevindt zich naast zeer minimale speelsporen ook een kleine ding, terwijl ook de achterzijde van zowel de klankkast als de hals minimale speelsporen vertonen. De gitaar wordt met Custom Shop certificaat geleverd in een koffer van TKL.

The combination of the Sitka spruce top and the Indian rosewood back and sides, due to the large body dimensions of this D28S, provides a deep and intense sound that can handle many musical and playing styles. Despite the 12 fret neck, it does not have a shorter scale, but the mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard has the usual length of 25.4". The Modified Low Oval neck profile feels comfortable and familiar, and ensures that you can continue to play the guitar effortlessly during longer sessions!
This Martin was built in 2022, and is still in almost new condition. On the top, in addition to very minimal play marks, there is also a small ding, while the back of both the sound box and the neck also show minimal play marks. The guitar comes with a Custom Shop certificate in a TKL case.

Der D41 hebt sich durch seine wunderschönen, luxuriösen Abalone-Rim-Inlays und goldenen Tuner von Martins Standardmodellen ab und diese S-Variante hat noch etwas Besonderes auf Lager.
Das „S“ im Modellnamen weist darauf hin, dass es sich um die 12-Bund-Korpus-Konfiguration handelt, die bei frühen (vor 1934) Martin-Dreadnoughts die Norm war. Der 12-Bund-Hals auf einem großen Korpus erzeugt eine viel stärkere Bassreaktion und eine dynamischere Gitarre.
Die Kombination aus der Sitka-Fichtendecke und dem Resonanzkörper aus indischem Palisander sorgt dank der großen Abmessungen des Korpus dieser D28S für einen tiefen und intensiven Klang, der vielen Musik- und Spielstilen gerecht wird. Trotz 12-Bund-Hals kommt hier keine verkürzte Mensur zum Einsatz, sondern der Mahagonihals mit Ebenholzgriffbrett weist die gewohnte Länge von 25,4" auf. Das Modified Low Oval-Halsprofil fühlt sich angenehm und vertraut an und sorgt dafür, dass auch längere Sessions ohne Mühe mit der Gitarre möglich sind!
Dieser Martin wurde 2022 gebaut und ist noch in nahezu neuwertigem Zustand. Die Oberseite weist sehr minimale Spielspuren sowie eine kleine Delle auf, während die Rückseite des Resonanzkörpers und des Halses ebenfalls minimale Spielspuren aufweisen. Die Gitarre wird mit Custom Shop Zertifikat in einem TKL-Koffer geliefert.
