BSG D33F Italian Spruce Brazilian Rosewood 2012

​BSG gitaren worden gebouwd door Jan Šťovíček in Tsjechië. Jan en zijn kleine team te maken slechts een maximum van 200 gitaren per jaar, volledig met de hand, en kwaliteit staat bij alles voorop. De krachtige gitaren, met een helder en subtiel karakter, de perfecte balans met een krachtige diepe bas die al zijn gitaren kenmerkt doen je afvragen hoe deze kwaliteit mogelijk is op dit prijsniveau.

Deze D33F begint bij het traditionele dreadnought recept, en dit maakt de gitaar tot de ideale Bluegrass machine. De klankkast bestaat uit het befaamde Braziliaans palissander, de houtsoort die zo gewild is op vintage gitaren, en door liefhebbers geroemd wordt om zijn diepe en complexe sound, De klankkast is gepaard met een Italiaans sparren bovenblad met lichte bearclaw, terwijl de palissander binding en abalone rozet het visuele plaatje compleet maken.

De gitaar is gebouwd in 2012, en verkeert in excellente conditie. Op het bovenblad en de klankkast zijn enkele dings te vinden, en ook op de hals zijn lichte speelsporen te vinden. De gitaar ziet er echter zeer schoon uit en wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in een koffer.

​BSG guitars are built by Jan Šťovíček in the Czech Republic. Jan and his small team only make a maximum of 200 guitars per year, completely by hand, and quality is paramount. The powerful guitars, with a clear and subtle character, the perfect balance with a powerful deep bass that characterizes all his guitars make you wonder how this quality is possible at this price level.


This D33F starts with the traditional dreadnought recipe, and this makes the guitar the ideal Bluegrass machine. The sound box consists of the famous Brazilian rosewood, the wood that is so popular on vintage guitars, and is praised by enthusiasts for its deep and complex sound. The sound box is paired with an Italian spruce top with light bearclaw, while the rosewood binding and abalone rosette complete the visual picture.


The guitar was built in 2012, and is in excellent condition. There are some dings on the top and the sound box, and there are also light play marks on the neck. The guitar looks very clean though and comes with a TFOA passport in a case.

Jan und sein kleines Team fertigen maximal 200 Gitarren pro Jahr, komplett in Handarbeit, und Qualität steht bei allem an erster Stelle. Die kraftvollen Gitarren mit einem klaren und subtilen Charakter, der perfekten Balance mit einem kraftvollen, tiefen Bass, der alle seine Gitarren auszeichnet, lassen einen fragen, wie diese Qualität auf diesem Preisniveau möglich ist.


Diese D33F basiert auf dem traditionellen Dreadnought-Rezept und macht die Gitarre zur idealen Bluegrass-Maschine. Der Boden und die Zargen bestehen aus dem berühmten brasilianischen Palisander, der Holzart, die bei Vintage-Gitarren so beliebt ist und von Liebhabern für ihren tiefen und komplexen Klang gelobt wird. Der Boden und die Zargen sind mit einer Decke aus italienischer Fichte mit hellem Bearclaw gepaart, während das Palisander-Binding und die Abalone-Rosette das optische Bild abrunden.


Die Gitarre wurde 2012 gebaut und ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Es gibt einige Beulen an der Decke, am Boden und an den Seiten, außerdem sind leichte Spielspuren am Hals zu erkennen. Allerdings sieht die Gitarre sehr sauber aus und wird mit TFOA-Pass im Koffer geliefert.
