Noemi Schembri Concert Classical Cedar Indian Rosewood B-Stock #121748
Noemi Schembri was born in San Cataldo, Italy in 1983. This young luthier has always been pre-occupied with wood and guitars. In 2011, Noemi moved to Canada and followed the guitarmaking course at Sergei De Jonge's workshop. After Noemi completed the course she worked at Sergei's workshop and further refined her techniques. According to Sergei himself Noemi was one of the best students he ever had, and we acknowledge this fact.
This beautiful classical guitar is equipped with Indian rosewood back and sides, a cedar top, and mahogany neck with an ebony fretboard. The light weight and impressive playability make this a top instrument.
Unfortunately, this guitar has sustained play marks on the top in the relatively soft Schellac. Therefore, it is now qualified as a B-stock.
The French Polish finish on the top contributes to the enormous volume, sweet tone, long sustain and impressive richness of the sound, making this guitar a full concert-level instrument.
Includes a hardshell case.
