Jellinghaus Master Built Torres 1A 114 Spruce Pau Ferro

This classical guitar, Master Built by Wolfgang Jellinghaus, brings the design of the renowned Antonio de Torres to life, featuring a Swiss Moon Spruce top and a Pau Ferro body. A traditionally crafted instrument finished with French Polish.

The Swiss Moon Spruce top combines high stiffness with low weight, contributing to a clear and direct response. Moon Spruce is a very unique and special tonewood that gets harvested under very special circumstances under the moonlight. Many luthiers consider this wood to be one of the finest out there as it produces a wonderful resonance. 

The 3-piece Pau Ferro back and sides adds a warm, full foundation with excellent definition. A woodtype that resembles the deep and full sound of rosewood.

The French Polish is a thin shellac finish that allows the top to vibrate freely. The cedar neck with carbon reinforcement and D-profile provide stable and comfortable playability. Comes in a hardshell case.
