Gibson 1957 SJ200 Vintage Sunburst

Deze nieuwe Custom Shop 1957 SJ-200 biedt details zoals met de hand geselecteerd esdoorn voor de achterkant en zijkanten, een stinger achterop de kop en een thermisch verouderd Sitka sparren bovenblad voor het volledige vintage effect. 

Door de aanzienlijke omvang van de klankkast is de gitaar in staat om op een gebalanceerde wijze een groot volume te produceren; dit is een gitaar die zeker gehoord wil worden! Andere iconische elementen zijn uiteraard ook aanwezig; de 'moustache'-brug en de prachtige ingelegde slagplaat die de SJ200 al zo lang kenmerken. Met de afwerking van dunne nitrocellulose heeft het instrument ook het vintage gevoel dat zo treffend is voor dit prachtige eerbetoon aan de 'King of Flat-tops'. 

Hoe je deze flat-top ook bespeeld, hij klinkt rijk, diep en is zowel geschikt voor het aanslaan van eenvoudige akkoorden als dat ze is voor uitvoerige leads. De gitaar wordt met echtheidscertificaat geleverd in een koffer.

This new Custom Shop 1957 SJ-200 offers details like hand-selected maple for the back and sides, a stinger at the back of the headstock and a thermally aged Sitka spruce top for the full vintage effect.


The substantial size of the soundbox means the guitar is able to produce a big volume in a balanced way; this is a guitar that definitely wants to be heard! Other iconic elements are of course also present; the ‘moustache’ bridge and the beautiful inlaid pickguard that have characterised the SJ200 for so long. With its thin nitrocellulose finish, the instrument also has the vintage feel that is so apt for this wonderful tribute to the ‘King of Flat-tops’.


However you play this flat-top, it sounds rich, deep and is as suitable for striking simple chords as it is for elaborate leads. The guitar comes with certificate of authenticity in a hardshell case.

Diese neue Custom Shop 1957 SJ-200 bietet Details wie handselektierten Ahorn für Boden und Zargen, einen Stinger an der Rückseite der Kopfplatte und eine thermisch gealterte Sitka-Fichtendecke für den vollen Vintage-Effekt.


Die beträchtliche Größe des Resonanzkörpers bedeutet, dass die Gitarre in der Lage ist, eine große Lautstärke auf ausgewogene Weise zu erzeugen; dies ist eine Gitarre, die definitiv gehört werden will! Andere ikonische Elemente sind natürlich auch vorhanden: die „Moustache“-Brücke und das schöne eingelegte Schlagbrett, die die SJ200 seit langem kennzeichnen. Mit seiner dünnen Nitrocellulose-Lackierung hat das Instrument auch das Vintage-Gefühl, das so gut zu dieser wunderbaren Hommage an den „König der Flat-Tops“ passt.


Wie auch immer man diese Flat-Top spielt, sie klingt satt und tief und eignet sich für einfache Akkorde ebenso wie für ausgefeilte Leads. Die Gitarre wird mit einem Echtheitszertifikat in einem Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
