Larrivee L09 Indian Rosewood Sitka Spruce 2005
Opgericht door Jean Larrivée in de late jaren '60, combineert dit Canadese merk traditionele bouwtechnieken met innovatieve ontwerpen om instrumenten te creëren met een uitzonderlijke klank en speelbaarheid. Met hun tijdloze esthetiek en indrukwekkende prestaties blijven Larrivée Guitars een favoriete keuze voor gitaristen wereldwijd.
Met zijn Larrivée bodyvorm biedt de L09 een breed en veelzijdig geluid dat geoptimaliseerd is voor de fingerstyle speler. De combinatie van een Sitka sparren bovenblad en Indisch palissander voor de achter- en zijkanten produceert een gebalanceerde en warme sound met ruim voldoende volume. Voor de versiering van de body heeft Larrivee gekozen voor een binding van gevlamd esdoorn, een meerlijnige purfling, een abalone rozet en een tortoise slagplaat. De mahonie hals heeft een met ivoroid ombonden ebben toets, en ook op de headstock vinden we ebbenhout terug.
Deze L09 werd gebouwd in 2005, en ziet er na bijna 20 jaar nog zeer schoon uit. Op het bovenblad zijn drie zeer kleine haarscheurtjes in de lak te vinden, lopend vanuit de hoeken van de brug. De gitaar is getuige de overige speelsporen en dings op het bovenblad overduidelijk wel bespeeld, maar de gitaar verkeert in excellente conditie. Wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in een koffer.

The mahogany neck has an ivoroid-bound ebony fingerboard, and ebony is also found on the headstock.
This L09 was built in 2005, and after almost 20 years still looks very clean. On the top are three very small hairline cracks in the lacquer, running from the corners of the bridge. The guitar has clearly been played, judging by the other playwear and dings on the top, but the guitar is in excellent condition. Comes with TFOA passport in a hardshell case.
