De mahonie klankkast en het Adirondack sparren bovenblad vormen een tijdloze combinatie die resulteert in een verrassend krachtige en responsieve klank uit een relatief compacte body. De palissander toets met parelmoeren stipinleg is een subtiele verwijzing naar het vintage karakter van deze gitaar, terwijl de cream binding en cream/black rozet het esthetische plaatje compleet maken. De Golden Age Restoration stemmechanieken met cream knoppen zijn niet alleen visueel in lijn met het vintage thema, maar bieden ook de betrouwbaarheid en precisie die moderne gitaristen verwachten.
Deze L1 1928 Tribute is gebouwd in het kader van het Made 2 Measure-programma. Gibson lanceerde in 2015 dit programma in Europa, waardoor particulieren en dealers hun eigen Gibson-gitaar volledig op maat kunnen specificeren om op deze manier iets anders te creëren dan de standaard Custom Shop-modellen die gemaakt worden. De gitaar verkeert met lichte speelsporen op de body en hals in excellente staat en wordt geleverd met echtheidscertificaat, handleiding en TFOA paspoort in een hardshell koffer.

The mahogany back and sides and the Adirondack spruce top form a timeless combination that results in a surprisingly powerful and responsive sound from a relatively compact body. The sound is characterized by a warm midrange with beautiful definition and focus - perfect for both fingerstyle and vocal accompaniment. The non-scalloped X-bracing provides extra stability and a balanced sound projection.
The mahogany neck with its comfortable soft V-profile fits beautifully in the hand and offers, together with the 635 mm scale length, a particularly pleasant playability. The rosewood fingerboard with mother-of-pearl dot inlays is a subtle reference to the vintage character of this guitar, while the cream binding and cream/black rosette complete the aesthetic picture. The Golden Age Restoration tuners with cream buttons are not only visually in line with the vintage theme, but also offer the reliability and precision that modern guitarists expect.
This L1 1928 Tribute was built as part of the Made 2 Measure program. Gibson launched this program in Europe in 2015, allowing private individuals and dealers to fully customize their own Gibson guitar to create something different from the standard Custom Shop models that are made. The guitar is in excellent condition with light playwear on the body and neck and comes with a certificate of authenticity, manual and TFOA passport in a hardshell case.

Diese L1 1928 Tribute wurde im Rahmen des Made 2 Measure-Programms gebaut. Gibson hat dieses Programm 2015 in Europa eingeführt und ermöglicht es Privatpersonen und Händlern, ihre eigene Gibson-Gitarre vollständig anzupassen, um etwas anderes zu schaffen als die standardmäßig hergestellten Custom Shop-Modelle. Die Gitarre ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand mit leichten Spielspuren an Korpus und Hals und wird mit einem Echtheitszertifikat, Handbuch und TFOA-Pass in einem Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
