Zo heeft deze D18 GE uit 2004 een Adirondack sparren bovenblad, lang brugzadel, en brede topkam, en hiermee is dit het populairste model uit de serie. En dan is deze D18 ook nog eens uitgevoerd in een mooie Sunburst!
Maar het beste van deze gitaar zit toch echt wel in het geluid; de combinatie van het mahonie met het Adirondack sparren zorgt voor een krachtige en heldere klank. Pak een plectrum en deze gitaar laat zijn kracht horen, maar ook voor fingerstyle staat hij zijn mannetje. De comfortable Modified V hals en mensuur van 645 mm geven deze D18 GE een comfortabele bespeelbaarheid. Op visueel gebied wordt deze D18 gesierd door onder meer een zwarte binding, een tortoise slagplaat en een palissander kopplaat.
Deze Martin D18GE uit 2007 heeft speelsporen op het bovenblad, de slagplaat en de klankkast, maar de gitaar ziet er verder bijzonder schoon uit. Opvallend detail is dat de gitaar is voorzien van maar liefst vier strap buttons, dus het bevestigen van een mooie strap is een peulenschil! De gitaar wordt met TFOA paspoort geleverd in de originele Martin TKL koffer.

But the best thing about this guitar is its sound; the combination of mahogany and Adirondack spruce makes for a powerful and clear sound. Pick up a pick and this guitar shows its power, but it also stands its ground for fingerstyle. The comfortable Modified V neck and 645 mm scale give this D18 GE a comfortable playability. Visually, this D18 is adorned by a black binding, a tortoise pickguard and a rosewood headstock, among other things.
This 2007 Martin D18GE has play marks on the top, pickguard and soundbox, but the guitar otherwise looks exceptionally clean. A striking detail is that the guitar has no less than four strap buttons, so attaching a nice strap is a piece of cake! The guitar comes with TFOA passport in the original Martin TKL hardshell case.

Wenn man ein Plektrum in die Hand nimmt, zeigt diese Gitarre ihre Kraft, aber sie ist auch für Fingerstyle geeignet. Der bequeme modifizierte V-Hals und die 645 mm lange Mensur verleihen dieser D18 GE eine komfortable Bespielbarkeit. Optisch wird diese D18 unter anderem durch ein schwarzes Binding, ein Schildpatt-Schlagbrett und eine Palisander-Kopfplatte geziert.
Diese Martin D18GE aus dem Jahr 2007 hat Spielspuren auf der Decke, dem Schlagbrett und dem Resonanzkörper, aber die Gitarre sieht ansonsten außergewöhnlich sauber aus. Ein auffälliges Detail ist, dass die Gitarre nicht weniger als vier Gurtknöpfe hat, so dass das Anbringen eines schönen Gurtes ein Kinderspiel ist! Die Gitarre wird mit TFOA-Pass im originalen Martin TKL-Hartschalenkoffer geliefert.
